You can put the rock in a vise; use a hammer and a chisel. Tap easily and I hope you can get the quartz out. You do know that they are not real diamonds but are quartz, don’t you? Some of these pieces are very beautiful. If the rock is large enough and someone trusts you, they might can hold it while you chisel. Hope this helps.
