I want a diamond for my engeagement but I’ve known for a long time what harm diamonds do(or any gem for that matter) not only by causing chaos in certain societies but also by killing the environment by all the extracting solutions and chemicals that get into the earth. Does anyone know of anywhere that the diamonds are not apart of all this?

I’m starting a small jewelry boutique and I am having an almost impossible time trying to a real wholesale diamond cutter to buy my loose diamonds from. Almost all the companies I found on the internet also sell to the public. Their prices are not conducive to reselling for a profit.
