I went to Europe for three weeks this summer, and when I came back these little white diamonds (some with large antennae) were installed on many of the intersection lights in my city. What are these things?
Oh, and these aren’t painted. They’re actually installed onto the traffic light poles.

How do most people sell diamonds? What is the process? Do I need certain appraisals, certifications? Do I need to send it some place to get it certified or does some one else send it? Do I need to insure the diamonds just in case they get lost in the mail?
